Victoria’s 5th annual TARTAN DAY celebrations will take place on Saturday, April 4th 2015 at Centennial Square (next to City Hall) in recognition of ‘National Tartan Day’. From noon until 4 pm, the square will be decked out in full Tartan to celebrate the city's strong Scottish heritage and culture.
